This is a selection of the email headers I created for DonorPerfect's 2025 End of Fiscal Year Email campaign. In total I designed 44 emails appealing to a variety of sectors (Animalcare, Arts, Education, Faith, and Canada). I was prompted to make a "blooming into spring" themed campaign and created the floral pattern you see in the examples below. By using this pattern I was able to easily create a large number of email headers efficiently using stock imagery to appeal to targeted audiences.
The Canadian emails always followed the same format as the generic emails, but used a modified version of the floral pattern and a canadian flag to appeal to them. DonorPerfect is partially based in Canada, so appealing to their market there was important to them.
Finding the right image that appeals to each sector without being repetitive was tricky at times. There is so much diversity even within subsectors that deserves to be highlighted and appealed to, so image selection was crucial.
After designing the email headers I had to get them into Pardot to be formatted into emails using the pre-made brand templates. I had to ensure that the copy given from the content team was formatted appropriately, ensure that all links had the proper tracking information included for data-analytics, and use dynamic content to fill the email with variable text such as the recipients name.
